Adult content creator Lily Phillips candidly discusses the plastic surgery procedures she has undergone and their costs.
In a YouTube video earlier this month, Phillips stated, “Today I’m going to go through the surgeries. I don’t think I’ve talked in-depth about all the surgeries I’ve had. There have been quite a few.”
The OnlyFans star revealed that her first surgery was a labiaplasty in 2021, describing it as “a cosmetic surgical procedure that reshapes or reduces the size of the labia, specifically the labia minora.”
“Basically, you have the outer lips—the big, fleshy ones that are a bit juicy—and then the inner ones. I had one that was protruding—well, both were protruding—but one was much longer than the other; it was very uneven. I hated how it looked,” she explained. “It’s sad because it’s something very natural that many people have, but it’s just a matter of personal preference.”
Phillips revealed that the procedure cost her £5,000, approximately $6,700. She described the surgery as the “best” she has had, stating, “The best decision I’ve made. I loved it.”
Although she noted that she could not share before-and-after photos on YouTube, she mentioned that the result “looks good.” The surgery lasted about an hour.
“I think they suggested I avoid sex for a month, but I think I started after about two weeks, and it was totally fine. I had no issues,” she shared.
After her labiaplasty, Phillips underwent a chin implant and liposuction. She indicated that the chin implant was to enhance “the projection and my side profile.”
“Obviously, many people tend to get chin fillers, and I had that for a few years, but it would dissolve or migrate,” she explained, noting that her doctor suggested a chin implant, which cost an impressive £14,000, approximately $18,900.
Phillips mentioned that the “only problem” she experienced was “quite a bit of swelling,” adding, “My jaw felt a bit frozen. I don’t know how to explain it.”
In 2024, Phillips underwent liposuction, commenting that the surgery “took quite a while to settle.” She expressed a desire for a “sculpted abdomen look” to define her stomach while eliminating fat from her lower back.
“It was the first surgery I had, and it was quite painful,” she said. “I had some difficulties with recovery.”
Phillips revealed that she paid around £12,000, approximately $16,000, and is now “quite happy” with the results, despite initial dissatisfaction.
“My only issue is that there was a slight irregularity,” she shared. “I don’t know if it’s just because I notice it on myself. I’m sure when other people look at it, they don’t really see it, but there are still small patches of fat.”
Her most recent surgery? A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
“With this, since I took fat from my legs, it sometimes looks a bit uneven,” she commented. “It looks like I have a huge butt and smaller legs. So, honestly, I wish I had left a bit more fat.”
Phillips shared that the recovery was “very fun” and that she felt “no pain” during the process. “Lying face down, I ate a lot. I watched a lot of TV shows,” she said. “It was very enjoyable for me. This is bad because it’s when surgeries become a bit addictive, because I really enjoy the healing process.”
She noted that the cost was “only £14,000,” approximately $18,900.
“I say it like, ‘Just £14,000.’ But I think for a BBL, that’s not so much money,” she explained. “Honestly, I don’t remember exactly. I think it was £14,000.”
After undergoing the procedures, Phillips emphasized that surgeries “don’t fix anything inside.” In summary, she mentioned that there are “a couple of touch-ups” she would like to have in the future, but she doesn’t want to “keep altering her body too much.”
“Obviously, there are many surgeries I would like to have in the future,” she said. “Every two weeks, I think, ‘Oh, maybe I should get that. Maybe I need to get my breasts done.’ But the only thing I’m really determined to do is surgery on my toes.”
Phillips explained that she has “longer toes” and wants them shortened. “I know some people will think that’s very extreme,” she said, “but it’s something I’ve always hated my whole life. These feet have been the nightmare of my existence.”
